EDGAR Online Application
ACN EDGAR Online Application enables institutional managers to compile,
save, submit and amend the SEC registration material for their Statement
of Beneficial Ownership of 5% or more of a given security. The online application is hosted on a secure page on the ACN web site. Licenses are available for compliance firms and law firms.
The process works like this. You logon to the online application, open a blank template, create a report either a new report or an amendment, review it, and aprove it. The online template will also accommodate Exhibits to your report. You then have the choice of either submitting the report to EDGAR or sending it to ACN who in turn will submit the report to EDGAR for you. ACN is a Registered Filing Agent on the EDGAR system and has been submitting reports for clients for over 8 years.
The application includes the form and instructions the SEC
provides to and requires completion under Section 13(d),
13(g), and 23 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules and
