software enables institutional investment

specifications. The 13F Report (Cover Page, Summary Page and Information
Table) is imported into the EDGARLink template for submitting the Form 13F via
the Internet. Software will take you from start to finish with all the
forms, instructions, templates and links included.
ACN / Form 13F
produces a report that is formatted according to EDGAR
specifications enabling investment advisers, broker-dealers, banks, insurance companies
and corporations to answer, update and submit their filings electronically or
by diskette. Program comes with a database engine and is compatible with MS Access. The software includes all the instructions and forms the SEC provides to
and requires completion by investment managers.
The
software includes the Official List of 13F Securities as an electronic file
for filtering, searching and formatting your file according to SEC/EDGAR rules and
regulations. An updated
Official List file is sent to you within the first week after the end of the
quarter.
Easy step by step process is spelled out with the software
instructions. Starting with the ACN template fill in your data, import
your holdings list and create a 13F Report according to EDGAR
specifications. Press button to open the EDGARLink template (comes
with the software) and enclose/import your 13F report. Save your template and

Form 13(f) is a required SEC filing for institutional
investment managers ( investment advisers, broker-dealers, banks, insurance companies
and large internally managed endowments, foundations and pension funds) with
generally over $100 million in discretionary equity assets under
management. The Form 13F report required by institutional
investment managers pursuant to section 13(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and
rules thereunder.
