Form ADV Part II - IARD Posting Service

The ACN Form ADV software includes all the forms and schedules associated with the Form ADV which the SEC and state governing bodies require for registration as investment advisers. The software includes the ADV Part II and Schedule F which together comprise what is referred to as the "Brochure." The IARD System will now accept the Form ADV Part 2 in a text-searchable PDF format - http://www.iard.com/part2instructions.asp. The ACN Form ADV templates/documents can be converted into the PDF format.

ACN is now providing a service whereby we will convert your ADV Part II into a PDF format and post it on the IARD System for you. Here is how it works:

1. Send us your ADV Part II along with Schedule F as an email attachment. Send it to info@netacn.net

2. We will convert your file into a PDF format and send you a copy for your records.

3. If you want ACN to post the ADV Part 2 on the IARD System we will do so by submitting an Other Than Annual Amendment for you. In order for ACN to access your site you will need to provide us with login codes. You can either send us your codes or assign us Entitlement Privileges so that we a set of codes to access your site.

We will invoice you once the job is completed. $50 for the conversion to PDF and $50 to post to the IARD System.
