6 Easy Steps

1. E-mail or call ACN to express your interest.
   (Scroll down for Order Instructions).

2. ACN e-mails you a full set of instructions.

3. Manager e-mails, mails or faxes a copy of:
     IARD access codes - User Name & Password
          ( See instructions below for setting up IARD account.)
     completed Form ADV.

4. ACN creates a Pending File and e-mails you a copy for your review and approval.

5. Upon approval, ACN submits the Form ADV or the corresponding amendment.

6. ACN e-mails you a copy of the submitted Form ADV and an invoice for the service.

The Details

In order to submit or amend the Form ADV on the IARD system we will need IARD Account Administrator Access Information codes - User Name and Password. These are obtained from IARD by using the entitlement forms. You can add ACN as an additional user by completing the Account Administrator Entitlement Form or sending us your Primary or Alternate Administrator codes.

Once we have access to your record we will proceed in making the designated changes in the system as a Pending Filing. Once we have made the changes we will send you a copy for your review and approval or you can access the Pending Filing online before submitting the Form ADV or an amendment to the Form ADV.

Before we can submit the Pending File your fees must be credited in your account.  There is no IARD fee for amendments during the year, there is a fee for first time filers and your Annual Amendment.
