ACN / Form D software program enables firms to submit, save, and amend the SEC registration material for the notice of sale of securities.   The program is formatted as a MS Word document enabling firms to answer, update and submit their filings in an efficient manner.

The software includes the instructions and form the SEC provides to and requires completion by all issuers making an offering of securities in reliance on an exception under Regulation D or Section 4(6), 17 CFR 230.501 et seq. or 15 U.S.C. 77d(6).

Form D is the SEC's Notice of Sale of Securities Pursuant to Regulation D, Section 4(6), and/or Uniform Limited Offering Exemption.
